●Can I install on an existing roof, or do I need to reinstall the roof and tiles? 

Can be installed on existing roof.

●The maximum overhang distance of the product 

The maximum overhang distance on both sides of the product is not to exceed 100mm for adhesivide solution, and 200mm for clamp solution. 

●Is it flexible?

The bending radius along the long side distance of the product should be greater than or equal to 1000mm, and there will be no hidden cracks in the battery cells and glass shattering. We do not recommended  bending installation,but we can make some discussion for the specific project.

●Max wind velocity it can bear? 

50m/s ,equal to 15 levels wind.

●Mechanical load of Galaxy？

Back and front 2400pa.

●Does the clamps need to be grounded?

No additional grounding required, connected to the roof metal plate, roof lightning protection.

●Will it cause poor water drainage?

Place the short edges with the sloping angle along the roof.

●Is there protection measure for junction box since it’s on the top of the Galaxy?

Junction box has an IP67 protection rating, and it can resist UV with 30 years lifespan.We are also designing a “Cover box” on the junction box.

●How to fix cables to comply with Australian regulations?

Clamps are used to secure the cables and can be sourced locally in Australia.

●The roof edges have different dimensions, how can we make the Galaxy Products perfectly cover the entire roof? How to handle the mismatch between the corners of the color steel plate and the dimensions of Galaxy products?

TPO membrane fully laid on the roof. Regarding filling the valleys, we do not provide specific materials, you can consult TPO installation professionals for assistance.

●The distance between the Galaxy and the roof is too small, which is not conducive to ventilation.

For color steel roofing, the inherent crest and trough structure provides natural ventilation. For flat roofing, using support square tubes to elevate and create additional height helps achieve ventilation.

●How many Galaxy products are needed to cover an area of 100 square meters?
